We’ve created this land acquisition development website for Four Seasons, a full-service real estate brokerage firm, that has been buying and developing both residential and commercial projects for over 40 years. Their newest project is the 60-acre Sunbury Gateway District, a major development in the strategic location just north of Polaris.

The Sunbury Gateway District consist of retail, commercial and multifamily homes. Requiring comprehensive infrastructure improvements, the site will be the newest destination for commercial, retail, and multifamily users looking to establish a presence in one of the fastest-growing, and affluent counties in the country.

We’ve been fortunate to have worked with Ron Bietzel, the founder of Four Seasons Land Company for quite a while. And along the way, we’ve helped develop a string of smaller websites for his residential communities.

This new land acquisition and development website brings to life their 40+ years of expertise as being one of the most effective developers in Central Ohio.
