The New
Standard
for an
Active
Adult
Community
We designed the website for Treplus Communities, and their active adult group of communities. Their audiences are those ready to simplify their lives by downsizing, as well as younger people looking for active communities with some amenities.
Their business model is a hybrid of age-restricted, and young adult, apartments in select Ohio cities. The tagline that focused on the 55+ audience was “The Upside to Downsizing.”
Treplus Communities are not condos, but rather, luxury rentals.
The benefit allows people moving into Treplus Communities to keep the profits from the home sale instead of sinking it back into a down payment for a new home. It gives them a stash of cash to use as they want: for travel, for investments, for family.
They’ve gotten several awards for their communities:
- 2023 SHNA (Senoir Housing News) Architect and Design Winner for Active Adult Communities
- 2022 NAHB Gold Award Winner
- 2021 NAHB Silver Award 55+ Innovation Award Winner
- 2020 NAHB Gold Award Winner for the Best Market Rate Rental Community.
