Redefining 55+ living with three new Columbus area rental communities.

We launched a new website for a 55+ group of communities, built by Treplus Communities. Their audience are those ready to simplify their lives by downsizing, while still optimizing their lifestyle.

One of the unique aspects of Treplus' communities, is they're not condos you can buy, but rather, luxury rentals. The benefit is obvious: it allows people moving into their communities to keep the profits from the home sale instead of sinking it back into a down payment for a new home. It gives them a stash of cash to use as they want: for travel, investments, or for family.

The home building industry has become a specialty.

As a Columbus Oh website design firm, we've had the good fortune to have done a lot of work for home builders, and companies who work in that industry. We've worked with an interior designer, landscapers, and wood working companies. Along the way, we've been fortunate to have won a bunch of awards from the Building Industry Association for our work.
