Sure, awards are a nice indicator of our work, but sales on our client's behalf are a better indicator.

This email campaign seeks referrals from current home owners
for names of potentially new home owners.
Any referral that became a sale would result in a payment
to the person doing the referring.
 
 

Exceptional Direct Mail Piece (for an Associate)

The offer was: if the renter(s) lived in the community at least 3 years, they would be eligible for $9,000 towards the purchase of a new Duffy home.

This ad depicts how we approach our work, by showing that we do it in a creative way and the more outrageous it is, the more memorable it is.
 
 

Most Unique Logo (for a Builder)

Westport Homes
 
Inspired by the diamond shape of Westport's logo, we came up with a campaign that gave away a 5-carat diamond piece of jewelry. The is logo has a truly unique design that makes it readily recognizable as Westport's Diamond Giveaway.


Most Distinctive Sales Office (for a Builder)

The Westport sales offices are branded using their company colors and feature redesigned community logotypes, model home posters, location maps, decorative banners, custom etched frames and modern shelving displays.


Outstanding Color Ad (for a Builder)

Westport Homes
 
When the government came up with their initial $7,500 tax credit offer, Westport was the first Central Ohio home builder to run ads about it. Since people, and money, attract attention better than tax credits (which aren't all that sexy), the focus of this ad is on an intimate couple and money.
